Onboarding redesign I
A three-step setup form became an eleven-screen story that makes the case before it asks.
- 55% → 80%
- Activation
- 1.5% → 2.5%
- Paid conversion
Problem
Setup was a three-step form. It asked for target roles and a resume before showing what the product did with them.
The upload was the second ask, and nothing before it said why it mattered.
01 / 03Preferred roles and industriesIndustry chips, then job title chips for the chosen industries.
Design
I rebuilt it as eleven screens: the problem, the product’s answer, then the questions.
Every screen is live here. Answers carry across frames.
01 / 11IntroA promise and a premise before any question.
