Lumen Health is hiring a Data Engineer to join the platform group in Boston. You will own pipelines that move visit, billing and staffing data from twelve state deployments into the warehouse that powers clinic reporting. This is a new-grad role on a team of six, with a named mentor for your first six months.
What you will do: Design and maintain Airflow pipelines that land clinic data in the warehouse within the hour; Model new sources with dbt and keep the shared data dictionary current; Partner with the reporting team on the metrics clinics use to plan staffing; Write tests and alerts so a broken feed is caught before a clinic notices.
What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience; No prior professional experience required; Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Airflow; Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
